Breakdown of The Steps 

1. Application Review: Your Journey Begins!

It all starts here! When you submit your application, our Talent Acquisition Team springs into action. We meticulously review each submission, looking for that spark of potential that aligns with our values. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting your career, we’re eager to see how your experiences align with Appinio’s vision.

2. Screening Call with a Talent Partner

If your application stands out, you’ll have a 20–30 minute screening call with one of our Talent Partners. This is your chance to shine! We want to get to know you better—your career goals, passions, and why you’re excited about joining Appinio. Think of it as a casual conversation to help us understand how you fit into our culture.
 
Our TA Partners are there to support you throughout your interview process, ensuring you have all the information, resources you need to succeed and addressing any questions or concerns you may have along the way. Additionally, our TA Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process, serving as your primary contact for scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments and gathering additional details along the way.

3. Hiring Manager Interview

Once your initial screening is done, it's time to meet with the Hiring Manager. This is your chance to dive deeper into the specifics of the role, align on expectations, and discuss how you can make an impact on the team. It’s a two-way conversation—so be sure to bring your own questions, too! This step is all about making sure both sides are excited to work together and ensuring we’re a perfect fit for each other.

4. Tailored Assessments for Every Role

Next, we move on to the Case Study or Assessment stage! Here’s where you can truly flex your skills and showcase your expertise. The format will vary based on the role you’re applying for—whether it's case submissions, live challenges, role-play sessions, or situational questions. These are designed to mirror real tasks you’d face on the job. We're not just interested in the “right” answers; we want to see your problem-solving approach, creativity, and unique style. It’s a win-win, providing you a chance to shine while we get a clearer picture of how you operate.

Optional: Stakeholder Interview

Depending on the role and seniority, we may also include an optional stakeholder interview before the reference check stage.
